THE CONCEPT
DMK's revolutionary concept of REMOVE, REBUILD, PROTECT, MAINTAIN matches an individual's biochemistry with the appropriate skin treatment:
REMOVE: Treatment begins with a deep cleanse to rid pores of cellular debris, then a suitable method of exfoliation with enzymes or acids is used to remove dead skin cells that lead to dry skin, fine lines, and skin discolouration and increase oxygenation to the tissues. Healing Vitamin C is used in almost every product to kick start collagen synthesis.

REBUILD: DMK's world famous enzyme mask is the main component of every treatment. It supports live cells by providing protein, amino acids, and nutrients, thus enabling cells to live longer and perform at their optimum level. The mask encourages oxygenation of the skin cells by opening the capillaries so that fresh oxygen and nutrients can flood the skin. It works via reverse osmosis, meaning that it also back flushes the skin to remove toxins or debris which are preventing the skin from functioning properly. Once the mask is removed, a road map of capillaries will be visible on the skin. This is the famous PLASMATIC EFFECT.

PROTECT: The skin is then protected with Vitamin C and other antioxidants to protect the skin from sun damage, free radicals, and other environmental factors.
MAINTAIN: You then maintain your skin health and functioning at home to protect your skin for longer and increase effectiveness of treatment. Your DMK expert therapist will prescribe the products best suited to your skin, containing the purest botanical ingredients for continuous rejuvenation.
Our experienced therapist will carry out a detailed consultation to identify your areas of concern and develop an individual treatment plan, followed by a patch test. They will also discuss the expected results with you. You can book a treatment 48 hours after your patch test.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your experienced DMK skin specialist will cleanse the skin and apply a unique combination of DMK products, tailored to your skin concerns. Once the enzyme mask is applied to the décolletage, neck, and face it will start to harden and it is normal to feel a warm, hot or pin pricking sensation. The face and neck may also feel like it is pulsating, This is the reverse osmosis taking place in the skin to bring blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to the cells, and to clear away fluid, debris, and toxins.

The enzyme mask is on for approximately 45 minutes, before being removed. As part of the removal process, up to 4 cleanses of the skin may be carried out to ensure that all traces of the mask are removed. Your DMK therapist will then apply Vitamin C and antioxidants, followed by finishing products targeted to your skin. An SPF 30 or higher will be applied to finish.

It is likely that you will leave with damp hair after the mask has been removed, so please be prepared for this. Immediately after treatment you may experience some redness and mild irritation. This is normal and will usually resolve within 24 hours, leaving bright, radiant skin.
HOW TO PREPARE
Avoid drinking alcohol the night before and on the day of treatment. It's recommended to drink at least 1.5 litres of water on the day before and on the day of treatment. Do not expose the skin to UV rays (i.e. sun exposure, tanning beds) at least 1 week prior to treatment. Do not exfoliate the skin less than 1 week before treatment and stop using any retinols, active skincare (except your DMK prescribed skincare) 7 days prior to treatment.Make sure that the skin is completely clear of fake tan prior to your appointment.
AFTERCARE
Avoid UV exposure and always protect your skin with a good quality SPF 30 or higher in between treatments.
